Good post but that plugin is very limited and basic. I found a premium plugin called Comment Redirect (http://www.commentredirect.com) its got pop ups after commenting and redirecting its very cleverly made and Ive increased my subscribers because of it.

Hello Deepak,
I think redirecting people to a thank you page rather than the same post again is a good idea, I have seen that it increases the conversion rate if you add a email subscription form on that thank you page.
